Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Bensalem

The value, good location and the staff that was helping me check in was very accommodating and friendly, she really went beyond to made sure I got the room requirements I needed it, excellent customer service. Because of her I will definitely book again, the room was nice and neat, very clean too. It meets all of my needs for a short stay.

Most important to me was the location, which is directly across a field from the hospital I was attending. I stayed at another Extended Stay in Florida, which was larger, and probably newer. The included breakfast there was a full continental offering, whereas here there were prepackaged microwavable oatmeal and prepackaged muffins.

This hotel is close to US1 and the Turnpike with several restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and were close to the exterior entrance, which was convenient, especially for our handicapped person who is in a wheelchair.
